Do you offer fulfillment?
As a print broker, I have a vast network of printers from quick digital printing, apparel manufacturing, signage, promotional products, and packaging to high quality engraving and custom projects. I would be happy to give you a quote for whichever printing or product that fits your needs.
What is a PMS color?
PMS (or Pantone Matching System) colors are slightly different than CMYK colors because they are mixed before they are applied to a surface. The pure spot color, or PMS color, is a mixed ink that allows for a wider range of reproduced colors. In branding, using PMS colors is the best way of ensuring the end result is the same no matter which vendor you choose to fulfill your order. All printers are used to dealing with the PMS color system. For a PMS color guide, click here.
Do you use image subscription websites?
Shutterstock, Getty Images and iStockPhoto are some of the few image sourcing websites that are used for content on products. These images are “royalty-free” – meaning they are able to be used with copyright permission. Customers are able to choose their own (by subscribing and purchasing their own images) or sending their own images that they have had taken.
Do you provide source files?
At the completion of the order, you will get a zip file that contains a production-ready PDF and any images that were purchased. Original files are created with the Adobe product line, which are used by designers and not an average user. The production-ready files are outlined (typeface/font wont default) and keeps the spacing in tact for production with the vendor of your choice.
I have a specific logo or image for you to use on my product. Can you do that?
I can, with certain caveats provided. For instance, if your company is a roofing company and you want to use the logo of the shingles you use, we can do that with no problem. If you want to add social media icons to your products, that is also fine. If you want to use an image you found off ‘Google’ or another search engine for your item, it will be subject to copyright.
